Where does The Cool Couchie Club deliver?
We currently deliver in the European Union.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 11.00h on Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. It usually takes one or two business days for the order to arrive.
What are the delivery costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders above €40 in The Netherlands and Belgium. Other orders have a flat shipping fee of €3 in NL. We offer a flat shipping rate on orders within EU (and outside NL) of €8.
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Will I receive a tracking code after I ordered?
Yes, when your package has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking code. With this tracking code you can track your order!
